NBSC Research Team Conducts Result Validation for the Client Satisfaction Survey of the 52nd Engineering Brigade on the Services and Projects in Eastern Mindanao.

Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon – Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) research team conducted a result validation for the research titled “Client Satisfaction Survey of the 52nd Engineering Brigade on the Services and Projects in Eastern Mindanao.” The purpose of their visit was to validate the research results, which focused on measuring the level of satisfaction, EO 70 awareness, and trust rating towards the 52nd Engineering Brigade and its battalions. The results of this study have significant implications for local government units, policymakers, and Army Engineers who are interested in improving their services to their constituents and the community.

The research validation was based on a survey conducted in June 2022 as part of a partnership project between NBSC and the 52nd Engineering Brigade of the Philippine Army, which operates in Eastern Mindanao. The research team successfully presented the validation results to the municipalities and battalions under the 52nd Engineering Brigade. The Battalion Commander expressed appreciation to the College President, Dr. Catherine Roween C. Almaden, for the project collaboration with the 52nd Engineering Brigade.

The research team, which consists of Mr. Fritchar H. Gevero, Mr. Franco Ceasar M. Agbalog, Mr. Julius S. Gabinete, Mr. Alven L. Gomez, and Ms. Cristine Joy G. Sagaosao, successfully presented the results of the client satisfaction survey on the services and projects of the Army Engineers in Eastern Mindanao. The team extends its gratitude to the College President, Dr. Catherine Roween C. Almaden; the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Jovelyn G. Delosa; the Vice President for Administration and Finance, Dr. Helen E. Maasin; and the Research Director, Ms. Caroline Laarni R. Sereñas, for this opportunity that solidifies the College’s mission to develop research-oriented educators.

The validation results were conducted in several areas, including the municipalities of Medina, Misamis Oriental, Cabanglasan, Bukidnon, and Talakag, Bukidnon, for the 524 Engineering Battalion; the Municipality of Makilala, North Cotabato, for the 512 Engineering Battalion; the Municipality of Kapalong, Davao del Norte, for the 534 Engineering Battalion; and Cagwait, Surigao del Sur, for the 544 Engineering Battalion. Participants in the validation of the results included representatives from the municipal government, barangay captains, barangay councilors, barangay workers, and other key workers in the local government units.
